The Russian language version of Tessa West’s book on John Howard The Curious Mr Howard: Legendary Prison Reformer was launched in Kherson, Ukraine (where Howard lived and died) on April 8 by Kherson Chamber of Commerce. The event was attended online by both the author and Bryan Gibson of Waterside Press.
