You can browse our store using the section menus or the search facility. Click the ‘Add to Basket’ button next to the items you would like to purchase. When you have finished shopping, click the “Checkout” link and you will be asked for the address and payment details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. You will not need to register to shop here, although you can create an account to make ordering in future faster.
We provide two safe payment options for customers: PayPal and Woocommerce Payments powered by Stripe. These are our ‘Payment Service Providers’ (PSPs) who will securely process the transaction on their secure sites to the highest international standards.
via Woocommerce Payments powered by Stripe we can accept: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro / Eurocard (formerly Switch), and Delta / Electron.
via PayPal we can accept: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro / Eurocard (formerly Switch), and Delta / Electron. You can also use your bank balance or PayPal balance.
If you are shopping from outside the UK, you can choose to either (a) place your order and let your bank/card company convert the transaction to your own currency; or (b) change the currency on our website so you can see exactly how much you will pay in your own currency before checking out.
Occasionally we may run special offers and provide voucher codes via our email newsletter or printed flyers. In order to use a voucher (unless stated otherwise) you should add the offer products to your Basket and then apply the voucher during checkout.
Cheque: Please send cheques (we accept pounds sterling only) by post. Remember to include delivery charges.
Phone: We no longer take payments over the phone. You can still contact us by phone before or after placing your order to ask any questions you may have.
Email: Please do not email card details – for security reasons we cannot accept card details given by email.
