Gallery: William Garrow Blue Plaque Unveiled

The Ramsgate Society officially unveiled a Blue Plaque marking William Garrow’s former home at Pegwell Lodge, Ramsgate, Kent. Bryan Gibson and Sir William Garrow co-author John Hostettler were present at a lively event which was well attended by the media.
